On Sept. 11, 2018, Cliff Lake RV Camp suffered the devastating loss of its owner/operator, our father Leo Nolette.

Leo purchased the camp in the fall of 2012, renaming it to Cliff Lake RV Camp, over the 6 summers he welcomed long time returning guests and new campers into his camp. He enjoyed hosting fish fry suppers for all who were in camp in the cook shack. The suppers were customary on your last night in camp.

Over the years Leo made many improvements to the property and buildings namely the Cliff Lake RV Camp sign, that if you ask anyone going up and down the road, they recognize! The boat launch was asphalted the summer the highway construction was done and many crew members stayed in camp. A new larger dock was welded, constructed and installed 2015 allowing many more boats to dock.

Leo greatest joy was having his children and grandchildren visit and stay in camp.

In August prior to his death they all gathered to celebrate his 70th birthday. It was a weekend filled with swimming, fishing and laughter.
